What we collect

When you request your Lead Response Score, we collect your name, mobile phone number and email address, and your answers to questions about your business, such as how many quote requests you get, where they come from, your average booked move, how fast you reply and whether you use a CRM. If you request a free audit, we may also collect your company name and website. We also receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the ad or link that brought you here.

How we use it

We use this information to calculate your score and plan, contact you about them by phone or email, including with an AI assistant, and improve our website and advertising. If you check the consent box, we may call or email you about your score and plan. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Advertising and analytics

We use tools from Meta and Google to measure visits and conversions. These tools may use cookies and may receive hashed contact details so they can match a request to an ad. You can control cookies in your browser and ad settings in your Meta and Google accounts.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the audit and our website, and where the law requires it. We do not sell your information.

Phone numbers and consent

Phone numbers and call and email consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. They are shared only with the providers that place our calls and send our emails for us.
